Bears don't need Energy - just ask them! The mana requirements are very low and you can easily keep up with them through other means. Put any points you don't invest in Strength into Vitality. You don't need a lot here - 80 will be enough to cover minimum dexterity requirements for most equipment you would want to wear. You'll want to build Strength early and often. Strength determines not only what type of gear you have, but relates directly to your damage with this build. Hardcore and PvP characters in particular will want to invest most of their points into Vitality. These may vary depending upon your gear requirements and how you choose to play your build. It's a solid build for Hardcore players, as the Maul Werebear survives many situations that a lesser mortal might not. It also uses large numbers of Summoned creatures for extra DPS and damage soaking. The Maul Werebear Druid is a highly survivable tank build that uses its exceptional crowd-control abilities with Shock Wave to make up for a lack of Area of Attack (AoE) effectiveness.
